Cancellations must be made in writing via email to visitkashmirtravel123@gmail.com. Cancellation requests made 30 days or more before the trip start date will receive a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations made between 15-29 days before the trip start date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the trip start date. In case of no-shows or early departures, no refunds will be provided. If a trip is canceled by Visit Kashmir Travel due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, government restrictions, or safety concerns, a full refund will be offered, or the trip may be rescheduled.
Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method. Customers requesting changes to their booking may be subject to availability and additional charges. Refunds are not applicable for partially used services, and customers are responsible for any cancellation fees imposed by third-party service providers such as hotels and transport companies.
